Leaf is the story of two dynamic producers who combined their forces into creating an instrumental hip hop haven based on Brazillian music samples from their collection. We’re talking about Sébastien Arni a.k.a Chief and the france based, producer and dj, Deheb.

The signature of the Brazillian music, i.e the rhythm engaged by the drums, are present throughout the album and it is the meticulous synths, along with the hip hop beats, what makes this album all about deepness. The merge of the two producers seem to have created something which varies and differs in each listen you’ll give in to. The use of samples in this album are precisely not as those typically found with over-used ones and crafted in a way to provided more of a textured ambience.
